Diary Dolls are more than just toys—they’re designed to help girls grow up with confidence and a strong self-esteem. Each Diary Doll has within her backpack a special journal with a story, as well as guided activities, positive affirmations, and thoughtful prompts to help parents and children bond while fostering emotional growth and a strong sense of self.

What age are Diary Dolls for?
Diary Dolls are ideal for girls aged 4–10, but they’re loved by children of all ages who enjoy imaginative play and value emotional connection. The guided activities and affirmations are thoughtfully tailored to grow with your child, offering support at every stage of their development.

Their backpack makes for a special safe keeping place to put their journal, after they have done their daily activity they can zip up their journal securely in the backpack of their trusted friend.
How can parents use Diary Dolls to bond with their children?

Are your products safe for children?
We take child safety very seriously & all our products are independently safety-tested. We hold the following certifications for Australian and US standards ensuring safety of our products for children. 
- AS/NZS ISO 8124.1 (Safety of toys)
- ASTM F963  (a mandatory consumer product safety standard for children's toys)



What are your products made from?
We use a variety of fabrics including cotton, linen, polyester & blends. The interior fill contains polyester fibres.



Do your toys have beaded/plastic eyes?
Where possible, we use a stitched eye. On the occasions when we cannot use stitched eyes, we will use beaded eyes. They are safe, secure & pass the safety tests outlined above.  




How much is domestic delivery?
-Domestic orders under $140 incur a flat rate of $7.95.
-Domestic orders over $140 ship for free.
-Domestic Express Post incurs a flat rate of $17.00
(Note: Express Post orders will be packed & shipped as a priority, however next day delivery is NOT guaranteed by Australia Post.)




Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping fee is flat rate of $25.
Please be aware that some international orders will attract import duties & taxes. 
Any such taxes, if levied, are the responsibility of the purchaser.  For more information about possible import duties & taxes please contact your local customs authority.




How long does delivery take?
We work hard to ship your order promptly. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. We ship from our warehouse in South East Queensland. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address.




Do you have a shop front?
We are currently operating solely as an online store. We would love to have our own shopfront in the near future. Keep up to date by joining our mailing list.




Do you offer returns?
Due to child safety, we have a No Returns policy for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email Diary Dolls at hello@diarydolls.com to arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Diary Dolls immediately via email  hello@diarydolls.com. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Diary Dolls.

Do you offer PayPal or AfterPay?
No we don't offer PayPal. Our website it hosted by Shopify, which is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. Please rest assured your credit card is safe when using our website.




What does "Coming Soon" mean?
"Coming Soon" means the item is currently out of stock & will be restocked soon(ish).
